Vasudha Beats For A Cause past years
A lot of work goes into making Beats for a Cause a success.
As a first step, the VtSeva Intern and Shadow program created flyers for Beats for a Cause, to spread awareness of the cause we are supporting and to promote this amazing event that people can attend and enjoy. Using their creativity, they designed flyers that explained how Beats for a Cause helps visually challenged students.
They also put a lot of effort to make this appealing and funny promo video.
Interns and Shadows at VtSeva are working extremely hard to raise as much money as possible with a goal of $1,000 each! They have been selling popcorn door-to-door, hosting ice cream stands in the crazy heat, and asking restaurants to host fundraisers. In multiple ways, our team is working extremely hard to raise as much money as possible.
In addition to this, Beats for a Cause involves a lot of planning and organizing. As well as fundraising, we also have scripts that help us gain more funds, as well as the effort that goes into contacting multiple people, an attendance sheet to keep track of everyone, and a task list for interns and shadows to ensure that meetings are organized and that interns and shadows have the necessary information to split tasks and complete them.
